My Sound Healing Journey
My sound healing journey… or what I like to call Harmonizing Motherhood improved my quality of life tremendously! I decided to purchase different healing instruments to not only help me but also my family. Children benefit so much from music, high vibrations, and soothing frequencies.

There was a time where I felt electronics were taking over my household. The constant sounds of loud overstimulating content blaring from various screens throughout each room.
Television, YouTube, iPads… all sounds that were unnatural, overwhelming, and ultimately making me (as well as my kiddos) stressed.
It felt as if we had to be in super speed at all times, hyperactive, stressing over an advertisement popping up, a television commercial, or even if the wifi stopped working. It made us feel so disconnected, missing the sounds of both stillness and nature. Birds chirping, water running, crickets chirping. Natural sounds. It made me crave peaceful sounds such as sound bowls, water, beach waves. That’s when I decided it was time for a change.
I ordered healing instruments from Amazon and got straight to work. Documenting my journey on YouTube so I can replay it and share the experience with the world who may need some sound healing as well.
I must say, IT WAS WORTH IT.
